The graphic artist Delia Ruiz Malo challenges us to create a glass sculpture inspired by her illustrations. We immediately fell in love with her work “Colourful Fish” and decided to work on a detail with warm tones. Giving the image the transparency of glass did not seem enough to us. We also wanted to give it volume and play with the light, alternating matte and glossy surfaces to recreate its graphic lines in low relief.

The result is this jewel of light, full of details that irrefutably recall Delia’s work. A sculpture to tint environments, which allows dried flowers to be displayed, thus integrating into a domestic context. For lovers of details and applied arts, this cheerful limited series of 8 glass pieces made in a rigorous “handmade” manner was born.
